Most recently, Alex spent 4.5 years with Amazon, building out critical engineering teams for Alexa Experience and Prime Video - partnering closely with technical leaders to define successful hiring strategies in a fiercely competitive market under tight deadlines. During his time with Prime Video, Alex built and managed the most successful Senior Software Engineering recruitment team in the organization’s history and increased hiring by 800% in just 12 months.
